Head of Strategic Enterprise Coverage – Financial Institutions

About the role

The Head of Strategic Enterprise Coverage will lead the acquisition and growth of strategic enterprise clients across Sub‑Saharan Africa, positioning a Treasury & Trade Operating System as the core infrastructure for treasury operations, liquidity management, FX, payments and trade flows.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close strategic enterprise deals within the financial sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, treasurers and senior finance executives.
• Lead enterprise solution sales covering treasury, trade finance, FX and cross‑border payments.
• Structure and negotiate complex multi‑year infrastructure agreements.
• Drive onboarding of high‑volume enterprise payment and FX flows.
• Expand supplier and vendor ecosystem participation across enterprise networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise financial infrastructure sales or corporate banking solutions.
• Strong background in transaction banking, treasury solutions, trade finance or corporate banking product sales.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with annual contract values above $250K.
• Deep understanding of treasury management, liquidity management, cross‑border payments, FX and trade finance.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
