Head of Resources Management (P‑4) – Fixed‑Term

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a senior professional to lead resource management for its country office. Reporting to the Chief of Mission and working closely with the Regional Resources Management Officer, the Head of Resources Management will oversee treasury, budgeting, human resources and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise treasury operations, forecast cash flows and ensure alignment with country office activities.
• Monitor and control fund disbursements, validating receipt and use in accordance with donor agreements.
• Analyse financial projects, oversee the budget control process and investigate variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
• Provide leadership for human‑resources and administrative services, ensuring compliance with IOM policies.
• Coordinate with the Department of Resource Management at HQ and the Global Shared Services Centre in Manila.

Required profile

• Professional grade P‑4 or equivalent senior level experience in resource, finance and HR management.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise multi‑disciplinary teams in an international or UN‑related environment.
• Eligibility to participate in the IOM Pathways Pool process.
