Head of Operations

About the role

Patya Expressions Academy, a creative and technology-focused learning organisation that nurtures children and young people through creative arts, education and innovation, is looking for a proactive, organised and result-driven Head of Operations. The person will oversee its centres, strengthen daily operations, drive enrolment and business growth and make sure the creative and educational programmes run smoothly. The position is based in Alimosho.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordination across centres.
• Supervise administration and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules, meetings and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff and partners.
• Drive student enrolment, sales, revenue and business growth.
• Lead marketing, publicity and business development for the academy and Patya Tech.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships and service improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, operations, business development or a related field.
• Ability to drive sales, attract students and meet enrolment targets.
• Proactive, reliable and results-driven.
• An interest in creative education, child development and technology is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Good planning, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.
