Head of Marketing – Nigeria

About the role

RedotPay, a global crypto‑payment fintech, is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its Nigerian market strategy. You will shape compliant, customer‑centric campaigns that drive user acquisition and support the company’s mission of financial inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, partnerships and user‑acquisition programs tailored to the Nigerian VASP market.
• Ensure all public‑facing materials (website, social media, press releases, app content, ads) are clear, factual and contain required risk disclosures.
• Pre‑clear all marketing content with the Compliance team to avoid misleading statements or regulatory breaches.
• Monitor campaign performance, brand perception and competitor activity while upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Coordinate with global functions on worldwide campaigns and adapt them for the local market.
• Maintain records of marketing approvals and materials for audit and regulatory purposes.

Required profile

• First‑degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience in fintech, financial services or virtual‑asset environments, preferably in regulated settings.
• Proven ability to create compliant marketing content and work closely with compliance teams.
• Understanding of Nigerian consumer‑protection and financial‑promotion regulations is advantageous.
• Full‑time availability; Nigerian citizenship (NIN‑eligible) preferred; fit‑and‑proper with no adverse findings.
