Head of Marketing – Lead Integrated Campaigns

About the role

Casalavoro Limited is seeking a results‑driven Head of Marketing to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies for its real estate and hospitality portfolio. This senior position will lead brand development, digital initiatives, and multi‑channel campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, go‑to‑market plans, and campaign execution across online and offline channels.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee brand identity, storytelling, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Direct all digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and content strategy.
• Track, analyze, and report digital performance metrics to inform decision‑making.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue‑growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing or branding, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record working in a reputable branding/marketing agency.
• Demonstrated ability to execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
