Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead JaniCuts' marketing function, shaping strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will oversee brand management, campaign execution, and market analysis across the manufacturing and warehousing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer acquisition initiatives and drive revenue growth.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate and mentor the marketing team to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize tactics for better ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 4 years (48 months) of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a marketing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis.
