Head of Manufacturing / Supply Chain

About the role

RxAll is launching its own‑brand contract manufacturing and parallel‑import operation for Nigeria and West Africa. The Head of Manufacturing / Supply Chain will own the end‑to‑end build of this initiative, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO and operating from Ibadan with regular supplier travel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, shortlist and negotiate with offshore and local contract manufacturers to secure EXW pricing that delivers at least a 30 % gross margin.
• Lead NAFDAC registration, coordinate GMP audits, compile dossiers and manage COPP documentation.
• Develop and validate a landed‑cost model covering manufacturing, freight, duties, NAFDAC amortisation and distribution.
• Run pilot programmes for Ceftriaxone and Augmentin/Ozempic through RxAllDelivered, tracking sell‑through, re‑orders and margin.
• Oversee inventory planning, incoming batch quality testing, 3PL warehousing and the supplier portal for invoices, COAs and shipping documents.
• Deliver the 30‑day, 60‑day and 90‑day milestones outlined in the role brief.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain or contract‑manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and achieve target gross margins.
• Hands‑on experience with NAFDAC registration, GMP audits and cost modelling.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to launch pilots in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers and work on‑site in Ibadan.
