Head of IT / Software Lead

About the role

Escrow Tech is seeking a Head of IT / Software Lead to shape its technology strategy, drive digital transformation, and oversee both IT infrastructure and software engineering teams. This senior position reports directly to the Chief Executive and the Board, offering a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IT and software engineering teams.
• Oversee software development cycles, deployments, maintenance, releases, and system upgrades.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, and enterprise networks.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business units to align IT initiatives with growth and operational efficiency goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives.

Required skills

• Strong experience with cloud platforms.
• Networking and cybersecurity expertise.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies for software development.
