Head of Investments and Treasury

About the role

We are looking for a commercially astute and strategically driven Head of Investments and Treasury to lead investment management, treasury operations, capital raising and asset value creation. Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, you will identify and execute investment opportunities, structure financing transactions and optimise liquidity across our real estate, hospitality and infrastructure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies, evaluate opportunities and monitor portfolio performance.
• Lead transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation and execution of debt, equity and joint‑venture deals.
• Create value from the land bank and strategic assets through development, partnerships and monetisation.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Design and execute capital‑raising programmes, engaging with banks, investors and development finance institutions.
• Conduct financial modelling, risk assessments and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Provide strategic advisory to the Executive Chairman and prepare investment committee papers.
• Maintain governance, compliance and reporting standards for all investment and treasury activities.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in investment management, treasury, capital markets or related finance functions.
• Proven track record of leading complex financing transactions and delivering measurable financial returns.
