Head of Growth – Nigeria

About the role

Glovo is seeking a data‑driven, results‑focused Head of Growth to lead its growth initiatives in Nigeria. Reporting to the Africa Marketing & Growth Director and working closely with the Nigeria General Manager, you will manage a small team and own the execution of all acquisition, engagement and brand‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a localized growth strategy, adapting Glovo’s global playbook to the Nigerian market.
• Lead offline and online marketing execution, optimise content and media mix to meet CAC targets.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships that boost brand awareness.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover user behaviour insights and growth opportunities.
• Manage the country marketing budget and monitor key performance metrics, reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ growth teams and local departments (Commercial, Content, Operations, etc.) to launch products and new features.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, ensuring clear communication across all teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth or marketing teams, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or delivery environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both local and global teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive results against acquisition cost targets.
