Head of Growth (Marketing, Partnerships & Sales)

About the role

Kenkeputa is seeking a senior Growth Leader to own marketing, adoption, partnerships and sales across its multi‑product ecosystem spanning Africa and North America. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the Heads of Engineering and Operations, you will drive company‑wide growth for both consumer and marketplace offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation and expansion.
• Build a single, repeatable growth engine that compounds across products, markets and time.
• Own the master brand and all product brands, leading performance marketing, content, social, influencer and community initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, merchants, creators, payment, logistics and ecosystem partners.
• Design and implement a growth‑driven sales strategy for B2C, B2B and marketplace channels, including pricing and promotion experiments.
• Manage user migration for AI Trade OS, defining incentives, messaging and rollout sequencing to minimise churn.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Operations leadership, translating growth insights into product priorities and building a lean, high‑output growth team.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, partnerships or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong understanding of African markets, especially Nigeria.
• Data‑driven decision making.
