Head of Growth – Marketing, Partnerships & Sales

About the role

Kenkeputa is seeking a Head of Growth to own marketing, adoption, partnerships, and sales across its multi‑product ecosystem spanning Africa and North America. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside the Heads of Engineering and Operations, you will shape and execute a company‑wide growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation and expansion.
• Lead brand and performance marketing for the master brand and all product brands across regions.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, merchants, creators, payment, logistics and ecosystem partners.
• Design and execute growth‑driven sales strategies for B2C, B2B and marketplace channels.
• Oversee AI Trade OS migration, ensuring smooth user transition and minimal churn.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Operations to translate growth insights into product priorities.
• Recruit, develop and lead a lean, high‑output growth team.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in growth, marketing, partnerships or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record scaling consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong understanding of African markets, especially Nigeria.
• Data‑driven decision making with a bias for execution.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
• Excellent communication, ownership and leadership skills.
