Head of Growth Marketing

About the role

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive commercial growth for Sochitel’s API, digital‑product catalogue and enterprise platforms. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with Commercial, Product and Enterprise teams to align marketing programmes with revenue and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing strategy, budget and priorities, translating revenue goals into measurable programmes across B2B and B2C segments.
• Design and run demand‑generation campaigns, account‑based marketing and joint client initiatives to acquire and activate customers.
• Lead product marketing and go‑to‑market launches for airtime, data, eSIMs, digital vouchers and new enterprise solutions.
• Mine transaction data to generate insights, build growth analytics and optimise campaigns through A/B testing and recommender systems.
• Develop brand identity, content and strategic partnerships to strengthen Sochitel’s market position across Africa.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior‑level experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue‑oriented marketing programmes and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable growth strategies.
