Head of Enterprise Sales (Remote)

About the role

Dragnet Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced, commercially‑driven Head of Enterprise Sales to lead revenue growth across its suite of recruitment, testing, assessment and digital solutions. This remote senior position will shape the enterprise sales strategy, acquire new corporate clients and deepen existing relationships to create high‑value partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for both existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Convert pre‑qualified leads into paying customers and drive new client acquisition.
• Identify and pursue renewal, upsell, cross‑sell and account expansion opportunities across recruitment, testing, scholarships, digital identity, training and other enterprise solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear visibility of opportunities, revenue potential and expected closure timelines.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, contract execution and hand‑over.
• Create and implement growth plans for high‑value enterprise accounts, maintaining relationships with senior executives, procurement teams and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, delivery and client‑success teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Strong track record of acquiring and expanding strategic corporate accounts.
• Excellent ability to manage complex, multi‑stage sales processes.
• Demonstrated skill in building relationships with senior executives and procurement stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
