Head of Corporate Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Corporate Services to lead the administration, procurement, marketing, corporate communications and business development functions for Prommex, a construction consulting firm based in Ibadan, Nigeria. The role will ensure efficient support services and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Services department and oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
• Manage procurement processes, vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Oversee marketing, branding and corporate communications activities.
• Identify and negotiate partnership and strategic collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate facility management, office administration and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare departmental budgets, performance reports and monitor financial performance.
• Support senior executives in strategic planning and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate services, administration or business development.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven project management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
