Head of Commercial

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing fintech leader, is looking for a Head of Commercial to shape and execute its commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and lead high‑performing sales and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with business objectives, targeting new market opportunities and revenue streams.
• Lead business development initiatives, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, and build long‑term relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics while establishing scalable sales processes and playbooks.
• Oversee customer success initiatives to improve retention, drive cross‑selling and upselling, and increase lifetime value.
• Manage annual commercial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sustainable revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high‑performing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation and strategic partnership skills.
