Head of Client Success

About the role

AKR Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Client Success to shape and lead its client experience function. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end client journey, from onboarding to long‑term partnership, and build a high‑performing team that delivers measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Client Success strategy to elevate the overall client experience.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across corporate, government, and development organisations.
• Partner with consulting teams to ensure delivery of exceptional client outcomes.
• Drive client retention, account growth, renewals and referrals.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews for strategic accounts.
• Resolve complex client challenges with professionalism, urgency and empathy.
• Leverage client feedback and performance insights to continuously improve services.
• Recruit, mentor and inspire a high‑performing Client Success team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Client Success, Client Services, Account Management or Relationship Management.
• Executive‑level experience with a proven track record of leading client‑facing functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
