Head of Business – OOH Media Agency

About the role

The Head of Business for the OOH Media Agency will lead strategy, growth and overall management of the Outdoors & Billboards (Outdoors.ng) unit. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Ikeja and works closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact outdoor advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OOH media strategies, overseeing planning and buying activities.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns with marketing and sales, and drive revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, optimize operations, and report performance against budgets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and expansion prospects within the media and advertising ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in media, advertising or marketing agencies, preferably OOH.
• Track record of business development, revenue growth and P&L ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including client‑facing presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
