About the role

We are seeking a creative Movie Director to lead film projects from script selection through post‑production marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to deliver high‑quality films that engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creatives to identify scripts viable for production and business goals.
• Handle post‑production marketing campaigns to drive business objectives and target engagement.
• Interpret scripts, set the tone of the film, and work with cross‑functional departments.
• Work with casting to find suitable talent for each role.
• Direct actors, camera crew, and editors to assemble the film.
• Coordinate with sound and music departments to achieve quality standards.

Required profile

• Very keen attention to minute details and excellence.
• 3+ years of experience directing and producing movies.
• Proven ability to handle post‑production marketing and implement business objectives.
• Great leadership, relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to integrate technology into movie production.
