About the role

The school is looking for a highly qualified Vice Principal Admin to support the Principal in managing day‑to‑day administrative operations. This senior leader will ensure smooth functioning across all departments and contribute to the overall success of students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
• Oversee and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations across all departments.
• Coordinate student disciplinary procedures and attendance management.
• Manage school budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with teachers and department heads to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.
• Facilitate professional development programs for staff and faculty.
• Ensure compliance with local and national educational regulations and policies.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Implement and oversee school safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in educational administration.
• Prior experience as a teacher or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management abilities with a proven track record of motivating staff.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
