Head, Group FP&A

About the role

The Head of Group FP&A will build and own Moniepoint’s group‑wide financial planning and analysis framework, providing leadership, methodology and reporting standards across all subsidiaries and business units. This role consolidates forecasts, budgets and actuals to give senior leadership a single, reliable view of financial performance and outlook.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the Group’s FP&A framework, including forecasting architecture, budgeting process and management‑reporting standards for every entity.
• Consolidate entity‑level forecasts and budgets into a single Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with currency toggles and inter‑company eliminations.
• Manage the annual Group budget calendar, templates, timelines, challenge sessions and Board approval while supporting local finance teams.
• Produce the consolidated Group forecast (2026‑28 and beyond), reconcile monthly to actuals and explain variances.
• Partner closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure clean month‑end reconciliation and alignment with reporting calendars.
• Run monthly and quarterly Group reporting cycles, delivering consolidated management accounts, Board packs and investor‑grade reports.
• Build and maintain the Group KPI and unit‑economics framework, ensuring consistent application across all entities.
• Lead scenario and sensitivity modelling for strategic decisions such as new market entry, capital raises and licence applications.
