Hair Stylist – International Clients

About the role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Hair Stylist to join our fast‑paced salon in Abuja. The role focuses on serving a diverse, international clientele, delivering high‑quality cuts, colors, and styles that meet global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, blowouts, and color applications safely on all hair types, including fine, coarse, wavy, curly, and chemically processed hair.
• Provide cross‑cultural customer service, adapting communication to bridge language or cultural gaps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, sanitizing all tools between appointments.
• Build client loyalty by ensuring international guests feel heard and comfortable.
• Educate clients on product choices that address local humidity, hard water, and weather changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of salon experience, with hands‑on work on diverse or foreign hair types.
• Valid and active Cosmetology or Hairdressing license.
• Strong knowledge of adapting heat, tension, and chemical processing times for different global hair densities.
• Excellent active listening, high empathy, and a positive attitude toward multicultural environments.
