Guest Outreach Specialist

About the role

YAP Media is looking for a Guest Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation and secure podcast guest appearances for our clients. The role blends marketing, sales, and client success to help clients create high‑quality content that expands their audience and strengthens their brand.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential guests and podcasts that match client themes and target audiences.
• Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including email pitches and follow‑up sequences.
• Manage the end‑to‑end booking process: coordinate scheduling across time zones, confirm technical requirements, and handle promotional logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, track KPIs, and provide daily progress updates.
• Support episode release coordination, including timing of promotions, book launches, and related milestones.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with podcast hosts and networks to secure repeat bookings.
