About the role
SabiRecruit is recruiting a full-time Guest Attendant for a hotel in Lagos (Ijaiye/Ojokoro). The role covers welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering calls and enquiries, and keeping guest records accurate.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle phone calls, bookings and customer inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Required profile
- OND qualification
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, banking or related roles is an advantage
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn booking systems
