GTM & Community Lead (Volunteer)

About the role

CVSpan is looking for a proactive GTM & Community Lead to drive builder acquisition, engagement, and ecosystem growth. This volunteer position offers hands‑on experience in community building, partnership development, and go‑to‑market strategy for an innovative Creative‑as‑a‑Service platform.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit verified builders and general sign‑ups to the platform using a personal referral code.
• Build and nurture partnerships with universities, innovation hubs, research centres, and professional associations.
• Execute referral programmes and track growth metrics on a weekly basis.
• Engage innovation communities and help builders discover the Nuodex product.
• Report on community growth, engagement, and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Understanding of community‑led growth or ecosystem development.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
