About the role

Spaco Media is looking for a Growth Specialist to grow its blog, profilopolitics.com. The role focuses on increasing daily visitors and returning readers through proven audience-growth methods, with continuous measurement and weekly reporting.

Key responsibilities

Grow daily visitors and returning readers to profilopolitics.com
Apply proven audience-growth methods across search, social distribution, sharing networks, referrals and newsletters
Measure traffic continuously and report growth weekly, in numbers
Advise the editorial team on the headlines and formats that bring readers to the blog

Required profile

Proven experience growing a blog or website audience, with verifiable results
A growth method of your own that has worked before, with evidence to show it
Strong understanding of how readers discover and share news online
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth from day one
