Growth & Partnership Manager

About the role

FriendnPal is looking for a results‑driven Growth & Partnership Manager to lead its expansion across Africa and MENA. You will blend business development, marketing strategy, and relationship management to build sustainable revenue streams while amplifying social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies to scale B2B and B2C user bases.
• Identify, test, and optimise acquisition channels including digital, partnership, community and referral programs.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve user activation and retention.
• Lead performance tracking, funnel optimisation and data‑driven decision‑making for growth campaigns.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, healthcare providers and governments.
• Develop CSR, wellness and innovation collaborations aligned with UN SDGs.
• Drive integration partnerships with tech platforms such as telcos, digital health and recycling networks.
• Represent FriendnPal at ecosystem events, accelerators and policy dialogues.
• Create partnership packages and corporate programmes to meet quarterly revenue and impact targets.
• Work with finance to forecast, track and report partnership performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C ecosystems in Africa and MENA.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing and finance teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for social impact and tech innovation.
