Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Bardge is building a platform that connects people to gyms, spas, and wellness experiences across Nigeria. We are looking for a data‑driven Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end growth engine, driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals for both B2C and B2B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run growth experiments across the acquisition‑activation‑retention funnel, using structured A/B testing.
• Build and optimise lifecycle campaigns in Customer.io, covering onboarding, activation, re‑engagement and referral flows via email, push, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Segment users based on behaviour to improve conversion and long‑term engagement.
• Define, monitor and analyse core growth metrics (install, activation, retention, referral, LTV/CAC) and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards, reporting frameworks and collaborate with product/engineering to enhance event tracking.
• Partner with product and design to improve onboarding, referral incentives and habit‑forming mechanics.
• Support growth initiatives for providers, employers, HMOs and app partners, including offline and community‑driven opportunities.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and shape features that boost growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle or performance marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven experimentation approach.
• Ability to work independently with data and translate insights into actions.
