Growth Associate - Healthtech Sales (Lagos State)

About the role

Helium Health, a full-service healthtech company founded in 2016, is hiring experienced tech sales specialists to execute a growth and expansion strategy across the private and public sectors in Lagos State. The role covers sales, business development, sales operations, CRM and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Sell renewals, products and services, identify and execute in-cycle upsells, and carry out cold calling to generate new leads
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Communicate sales plans and calculations, assist with territory modeling, and drive pipeline development and engagement priorities
• Track data, manage knowledge, and oversee onboarding of new joiners
• Maintain customer and stakeholder relationships, resolve disputes, negotiate deals and hand over converted customers to the service delivery model
• Work with the Customer Success team to keep the CRM accurate and report on sales and campaign results

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales or accounts management experience exceeding growth targets
• Experience in telesales and selling enterprise software; experience selling healthcare enterprise solutions is an added advantage
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, strong prospecting and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers at various locations
• First degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Understanding of the healthtech space and strong business and financial acumen
• Must be resident in Lagos State
