GRC Trainer – Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

ExcelMindCyber Institute is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional to design, develop and deliver practical, enterprise‑focused training programs. The role blends hands‑on GRC expertise with instructional design to prepare learners for real‑world implementation challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver GRC training programs aligned with enterprise environments and industry expectations.
• Create structured learning materials such as case studies, simulations, practical exercises, and implementation scenarios.
• Facilitate live classes, workshops, mentoring sessions, and guided learning experiences.
• Continuously review and update curriculum to reflect evolving frameworks, regulations, threats, and best practices.
• Integrate real implementation scenarios and operational case studies into course delivery.
• Develop assessment methods that evaluate practical competency and applied understanding.
• Mentor learners through implementation challenges and professional development journeys.

Required profile

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in GRC, risk management, internal audit, compliance, information security governance, or regulatory programs.
• Proven experience implementing, managing, auditing, or assessing frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, SOC 2, or other enterprise control frameworks.
• Ability to translate real‑world expertise into structured learning experiences.
