GRC Implementation Lead

About the role

Resiliv is seeking a GRC Implementation Lead to configure, build and deploy governance, risk and compliance solutions for global clients. The role translates solution architecture into functional GRC workflows, dashboards and automation, ensuring platforms meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure GRC platforms (e.g., LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream) according to design specifications.
• Develop risk, compliance, audit and control workflows, as well as dashboards, reports and automation rules.
• Set up user roles, permissions and access controls.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing and resolve configuration issues.
• Assist with data migration, system integration and deployment activities.
• Provide client onboarding, platform training and ongoing implementation support.
• Maintain implementation documentation and contribute to reusable templates and process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience delivering GRC, IT implementation or enterprise systems projects.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and audit processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate technical designs into operational solutions.
