Graphics Design Intern – Remote (Port Harcourt)

About the role

ErikodxIT is seeking a creative Graphics Design Intern to support its visual communication efforts. This three‑month remote internship is ideal for a design enthusiast who wants hands‑on experience while working from Port Harcourt.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, flyers and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop concepts that align with the company’s brand identity.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to ensure final designs meet expectations.
• Assist with additional design‑related tasks as needed and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work remotely, meet deadlines and accept constructive feedback.
• Current residence in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
• A portfolio or sample work is a plus.
