Senior Interior Designer

About the role

The Senior Interior Designer will lead complex interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring client needs, budgets and industry standards are met. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lagos State, Nigeria, and involves overseeing design teams, client presentations and coordination with architects and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Create space plans, layouts and detailed architectural drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Integrate designs with building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage and mentor design teams, reviewing work to ensure quality.
• Act as primary client contact, presenting proposals and coordinating stakeholder input.
• Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets and on‑site implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex interior design projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
