Graphic Designer – Real Estate, Finance & Hospitality

About the role

A full-time Graphic Designer is sought who has specialized experience in the real estate, financial and hospitality sectors. The role turns complex investment concepts and property values into compelling visuals, producing digital and print materials that support sales and marketing and keep the brand consistent across all business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral for real estate properties, such as brochures, site plans, promotional banners and digital ads.
• Produce compliant visual materials for REIT investment listings, fund presentations and investor reports.
• Design branding and digital assets for fintech and hospitality ventures, including UI graphics, web elements, social media content and campaigns.
• Keep all output aligned with each company's brand guidelines.
• Work with marketing, sales and investment teams to turn project objectives into visual solutions.
• Manage several projects from concept to delivery and prepare graphics for print, web, mobile and social media.
• Stay up to date with design trends in real estate and fintech marketing and maintain a digital asset library.
• Support corporate presentations, event materials and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a verifiable portfolio showing work for real estate, financial or hospitality clients.
• Resides in Abuja and can work hours that fit project deadlines and campaign launches.
• Attention to detail, strong typography skills and constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Understanding of visual communication needs and regulatory nuances in real estate and finance.
• Professional certification (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert) is highly advantageous.
