Graphics Designer - Real Estate Marketing

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is hiring a full-time Graphics Designer in Marina, Lagos, to create visual content for its real estate business. The designer produces flyers, brochures, social media graphics and other marketing materials for property sales, rentals, land sales and investment campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design property flyers, brochures, banners, posters and other promotional materials for sales and rentals.
• Create social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop visual content for property listings, land sales, real estate investments and promotional campaigns.
• Design materials for property launches, open-house events, exhibitions and corporate presentations.
• Edit property photographs and prepare images for digital marketing and online listings.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams on creative concepts that support lead generation and property sales.
• Ensure designs match the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create infographics, presentation slides, company profiles and other real estate marketing documents.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and prepare final files for print and digital use.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates and photos, and manage several projects to deadline.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field; relevant experience and a strong portfolio are considered.
• Proven years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, advertising or digital marketing.
• Ability to provide a portfolio of previous design work.
• Good communication, time-management and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and with marketing and sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Canva.
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout design, image editing and visual branding.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of real estate advertising and digital marketing requirements is an advantage.
