About the role

TrustAm is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Lagos. This full‑time hybrid position offers the chance to craft compelling visual identities for a diverse client base, blending innovative design with strategic branding. The role involves working closely with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into impactful visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop logos, branding assets, and various graphic materials.
• Execute design projects from initial ideation through final production, ensuring visual consistency.
• Apply typography principles to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align designs with client objectives and company vision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating logo design, branding, and typographic work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in creating brand guidelines is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with vector and raster graphics.
