Graphic Designer (E‑commerce & Branding)

About the role

Time4Learning is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets for its e‑learning platform and related e‑commerce channels. The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic thinking to produce marketing materials that drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand visuals for the website, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
• Create product images, banners, infographics, and other assets that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with web developers to update layouts and ensure visual consistency.
• Optimize graphics for web performance and accessibility.
• Develop packaging, labels, and other physical collateral.
• Produce digital and print materials for promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Support email newsletters and social media with engaging graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross‑functional meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, and layout expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Basic HTML/CSS and web‑design principles.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) – a plus.
