About the role

The Graduate Trainee Operations program offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in office and business operations across multiple locations in Nigeria. You will support daily operational tasks, contribute to business development initiatives, and develop a solid foundation in corporate processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine office and business operation duties to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist the business development team with research, client outreach, and preparation of proposals.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in a relevant discipline.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
• Confidence and emerging leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
