Graduate Trainee – Onsite Ikeja/Ogba

About the role

This Graduate Trainee program is designed to develop recent graduates into specialists across core business functions. Based onsite in Ikeja/Ogba, you will work on live client engagements and internal product builds from day one, under the guidance of an experienced department owner.

Key responsibilities

• Support live client engagements and internal product work under the guidance of a department owner.
• Take assigned tasks from start to a documented result, owning them end‑to‑end.
• Learn and codify methods quickly, contributing to a growing knowledge base.
• Produce clear, accurate written work and report status truthfully.

Required profile

• First‑class honours degree (or equivalent top classification) in any discipline.
• Recent graduate or about to graduate.
• Strong analytical ability and clear written communication.
• Evidence of building projects and seeing them through.
• High personal integrity and truthfulness.
