About the role

Inspired Apparel is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Graduate Trainee programme. This full‑time role offers a hands‑on introduction to the retail and fashion industry, allowing you to develop a broad skill set across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow various staff members to understand day‑to‑day operations.
• Participate in learning experiences, meetings and workshops.
• Travel to different working environments for practical exposure.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and time spent.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and leave a positive impression.

Required profile

• Minimum of a university degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to learn about functions outside your primary department.
• Ability to pass a competency test at the end of the programme.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
