Graduate Admin Officer

About the role

The Graduate Admin Officer will support the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, handling documentation, and assisting with financial reporting. This entry‑level position offers exposure to a range of administrative functions within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, maintain stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Prepare regular expense reports and monitor office budgets.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems for confidential documents.
• Answer queries from employees and clients, and update office policies.
• Maintain the company calendar, schedule appointments and book meeting rooms.
• Distribute and store correspondence, including letters, emails and packages.
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
• Arrange travel, accommodations and coordinate in‑house or external events.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong administration skills and sound interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
