Go Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Go Software Engineer to join our client’s team and help build the next generation of dialog agents for education, entertainment, and question‑answering applications. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and validate AI‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code and solutions to ensure quality and best‑practice compliance.
• Organise development cycles, set priorities, and define project goals and deadlines.
• Resolve complex coding issues using Go expertise during AI validation and system integration.
• Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI‑generated code.
• Analyse code, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong background in building scalable backend components for large‑scale AI systems.

Required skills

• Go programming language.
• Experience with AI systems and code‑creation technologies, including LLM model training.
• Active contributions to public GitHub repositories (feature development, code refactoring).
