General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our diagnostic imaging centre in Ibadan. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight to drive growth, ensure financial performance and deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and achieve profitability targets.
• Identify and implement business growth initiatives and partnership opportunities.
• Build, mentor and manage high‑performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the Board of Directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of senior management or leadership experience.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational excellence and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
