General Manager

About the role

OVETH LIMITED is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its operations in Abuja. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive strategic initiatives, oversee daily activities, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Manage and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve performance targets.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in operational management, resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in real‑estate management or familiarity with the housing market is preferred.
