General Manager – B2C Operations

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead our B2C business unit. The role combines profit‑and‑loss ownership with strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross‑functional leadership across FMCG, retail, hospitality and distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the business unit’s P&L performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, profitability and market share.
• Oversee daily operations across sales, customer service, distribution and logistics.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to meet commercial and operational targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, distribution channels and market expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, financial reports and operational metrics.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on company‑wide strategic goals.
• Represent the organization at industry events and key commercial meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–12 years of senior leadership experience (General Manager, Country Manager, Business Unit Head or similar).
• Proven full P&L responsibility with measurable commercial results.
• Strong background in FMCG, retail, hospitality, distribution or related industries.
• Track record of business growth, market entry or geographic expansion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, beverage or events is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements.
