General Manager – Abuja

About the role

The General Manager will lead the organization’s overall strategy, operations, and profitability in Abuja. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure high service standards across all functional areas while driving growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Operations, Kitchen, Bar, Marketing, Finance, Security, Facility and other departments.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate department heads and staff performance.
• Monitor financial results, budgets, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Maintain consistent high‑quality customer experience and enforce company policies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of management experience, including 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant or lifestyle business preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
