Fundraising Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Fundraising Campaign Manager to own the strategy and execution of high‑leverage fundraising campaigns with NGOs, communities and creators across Nigeria. You will turn our verification, CRM‑lite and subscription features into measurable growth in gross donation volume and recurring giving.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of partner organisations and high‑integrity individual campaigns.
• Craft campaign narratives, pricing and tipping strategies, and design A/B tests on donation flows.
• Coordinate pre‑launch seeding and amplification plans, aligning with community and design teams.
• Track gross donation volume, recurring rate, donor retention and funnel conversion; publish weekly dashboards.
• Launch 6–10 priority campaigns per month and achieve a blended recurring‑donor attach rate of ≥15%.
• Reduce customer acquisition cost through structured experiments on messaging, tipping prompts and subscription UX.
• Establish a weekly impact and reporting cadence for stakeholders including donors and partners.

Required profile

• Passion or prior experience in fundraising, growth marketing, partnerships or GTM for mission‑driven organisations.
• Proven ability to hit revenue or impact targets and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
