Full‑Time Caregiver – Home Health Support (Nigeria)

About the role

Munez Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate male and female caregivers to join our team in Nigeria. This full‑time, on‑site position involves providing personalized home health care that promotes dignity, independence, and comfort for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility.
• Prepare simple meals, feed clients, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Monitor clients’ comfort and safety, provide companionship, and report any changes in condition to clinical staff.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care and maintain a clean environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with families, other caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver hands‑on personal care and support safe mobility.
• Strong observational skills to notice and report health changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for respectful interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Reliability, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clients.
• Previous experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, registered nurse, or in home health care is highly beneficial.
• Relevant caregiving or healthcare training, certification, or coursework; willingness to engage in ongoing training.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Nigeria with flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
