About the role
Castville Solutions is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join its team in Ojo, Lagos. The pharmacist will dispense medications safely and accurately, give professional pharmaceutical advice to patients, keep proper medication records and comply with pharmacy standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions for appropriate dosage, drug interactions, contraindications and potential allergies.
- Advise patients clearly on medication use, dosage, side effects and storage.
- Counsel patients on proper medication adherence and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medications and patient information.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D.
- Current practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
