Full Stack Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer will primarily train students at The Growth Hub Akure and, secondarily, design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that support SalesPlat Technologies’ growth and customer‑success solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor students at The Growth Hub Akure.
• Design and develop front‑end interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Build and optimise back‑end services with modern frameworks, databases and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and ensure application performance, reliability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve existing features and support production deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Akure within a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in full‑stack web development.
• Front‑end: HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Back‑end: modern frameworks, databases and RESTful API design.
• Version control with Git.
• Responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
• Software testing, debugging and monitoring tools.
